We offer worldwide shipping. For destinations not available at checkout, please contact us at service@mutedwhite.com.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
For pre-order items, the estimated production and shipping timeline will be stated on the product page.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
  • Asia: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East: 6-12 business days
  • Africa: 15–17 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We currently offer free shipping on:
  • Orders over USD 100 to Asia
  • Orders over USD 150 to United States, Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Where duties and taxes are included or prepaid for your order, this will be shown at checkout. For some destinations, duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged upon delivery by the courier or local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
